My Credit Union
P. O. Box 5824
Redwood City, CA 94063-0824
(Your company name here) hereby requests that MY
Credit Union begin serving our company’s employees and their
families as our company credit union.
We are not currently being served by any other credit union.
Our office is located within 25 miles of a branch. There are
approximately (number here) employees at this facility. The
formation of a credit union by our employer group is not
practical since we lack sufficient resources or volunteers to
support its operation.
It would be a benefit to our employees to offer them credit
union membership as soon as possible.
(Officer’s name here)
We will respond to your letter as soon as possible and
forward a Select Employer Group Information Kit.
